Concluded my ISO 9001 Basis course on the internet with the information academy. In advance of attending this course I was not acquainted with the basic terminologies and definitions of Quality Management Systems, but because of trainer within the day I realized about fundamentals of 9001, needs, PDCA cycle, and how to increase quality. The trainer
